The art of coorie – mini yoga retreat

Red yoga mats are laid out in the downstairs gallery in a semi-circle. Jane Bailey gives a talk to gallery visitors who sit cross-legged on the mats.

To ‘coorie in’ – the Scottish art of deriving comfort, often affectionately used to describe nestling in to a loved one.

In this mini retreat, guided by Jane, you will learn to go within utilising relaxing and restorative yoga practices including Yin yoga, meditation, breath work and Yoga Nidra.

With tea, home baking and time to journal and reflect alongside our current exhibition, you will leave feeling restored and reconnected.

Places are limited so booking is essential.
No previous experience is necessary.

About Jane Bailey

Jane Bailey is based in Dumfries and Galloway. With over 15 years experience working in health and well being, Jane is a fully qualified yoga teacher, deep tissue massage therapist and Reiki master. She has qualifications in NLP, hypnotherapy, anatomy and taping.
