Dawson City: Frozen Time is a beguiling work that explores the history of Dawson City (staging post for the Klondike Gold Rush) through a cache of 500 silent nitrate films, found buried in a sub-arctic swimming pool. Morrison’s film offers a vivid and fresh portrait of the much-documented Gold Rush town, combining archival footage of the town alongside startling and captivating images long thought to be lost. Featuring an original score by Alex Somers.

Screening begins at 6.30pm. There will be a brief intermission at the film’s halfway point
