SLIDING SCALE GUIDE | WhAT SHOULD I PAY?

In order to make our events as accessible as possible, you can decide what to pay according to your means

Please pay what you think you can reasonably afford, with reference to our sliding scale guide below

Concessions: feel free to choose one of our lower price brackets (Rate 2 or Rate 3) if any of the following apply to you:
16-30 years old
unemployed or underemployed
single parent
living solely on state pension

Attending virtually? If you are viewing an online screening or attending an online event as a household (2+), please consider selecting a higher ticket price bracket.

The below guidelines are just for reference, you won’t be asked for any proof

How to order a ticket - FILM SCREENINGS

If you require assistances booking a ticket for one of our film screenings, please refer to the guidelines below

Watching at Cample

You can book a ticket for one of our in-house screenings here, or by calling us on +44 (0) 1848 331000

  • On the ‘upcoming films’ page, select the film you would like to book for
  • Click the ‘Select a Showing’ button, then select the ‘@ CAMPLE LINE’ screening option
  • Click ‘Book a Ticket’
  • You will be prompted to login by entering your email address and a password or by connecting your Facebook account
  • Choose the appropriate ticket bracket and the number of tickets you’d like to book.
  • To keep our screenings accessible, you have the option to reserve a free ticket or select a ticket price via the sliding scale. You can use our guidance above to help you choose a ticket price. Please note that a ticket price of £2 or higher allows us to cover our baseline costs for hosting the film securely online.
    • Once you have chosen your tickets, click ‘Buy now’ to confirm your booking and checkout. You will then be prompted to enter your payment details
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your booking 
  • Your ticket booking also gives you access to watch any live/pre-recorded Q&As accompanying each screening
  • If the in-house screening you would like to attend is sold out, you can email us and request to join the waiting list for that screening. We will be in touch at least 24h in advance if a ticket becomes available

Watching online

We use a streaming platform called Eventive to host our online screenings

  • To watch a film, you must first reserve a ticket via our Film viewing page on Eventive
  • Click the ‘Pre-order now’ button and a pop-up window will appear
  • You will be prompted to login by entering your email address or by connecting your Facebook account
  • To keep our Screenings accessible, you have the option to reserve a free ticket or select a ticket price via the sliding scale. You can use our guidance above to help you choose a ticket price. Please note that a ticket price of £2 or above will allow us to cover our baseline streaming costs
    • If you would like to order a free ticket you can ‘skip ahead to checkout’
    • If you would like to pay for a ticket, you will be asked to first enter your payment details, then you will be able to select your ticket price using the sliding scale. Simply drag the slider to the amount you’d like to pay
    • Once you have chosen your ticket price, click ‘Pre-order now’ to confirm your booking and checkout
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and also an email reminder when the film is ready to watch
  • Your ticket booking also gives you access to watch any live/pre-recorded Q&As accompanying each screening
